- **“End Users”** means visitors to sites/apps where you embed FurnishAR.
2. Accounts and access
You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and your Organization.
- You control who you invite and what roles they receive.

3. Service scope and acceptable use
FurnishAR provides tools to upload/manage 3D assets, configure scenes/materials/variants, and embed interactive 3D/AR experiences.
- Do not abuse the Service (e.g., probing, scraping, bypassing limits, introducing malware).
- Do not upload illegal content or content you do not have rights to use.
- Do not attempt to reverse engineer private APIs or compromise security.
Embedding responsibility
When embedding FurnishAR on your sites/apps, you are responsible for your own end-user notices/consents and complying with applicable laws.
4. Customer Content and licenses
You retain ownership of your Customer Content.
You grant FurnishAR a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Customer Content only to provide and improve the Service, including delivering embedded experiences.
You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and use Customer Content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
5. Subscriptions, billing, and taxes
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge applicable fees.
- Plans, limits (e.g., storage), and pricing are described on the Pricing page and/or in your dashboard.
- If you exceed plan limits, we may restrict usage or require an upgrade.
- You are responsible for applicable taxes, VAT, and legal invoicing details.

6. Availability and changes
